Introduction

The comprehensive client protection policy refers to a set of Principal , in the Klick Pay aims to establish guidelines and procedures to safeguard the interests of clients and protect them from fraudulent activities, unauthorized use of their financial information, and other potential risks for small E- Payment service provider activities. It outlines the responsibilities of the Klick Pay in ensuring the privacy, confidentiality, and security of clients' personal and financial data through.

Data Privacy

  1. Security

    1. Klick Pay shall take reasonable precaution to protect Personal Information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access.
    2. Although Klick Pay cannot guarantee that Personal Information will not be subject to unauthorized access, the company has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect Personal Information.
    3. Personal Information is stored on the company’s servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
  2. Analytics Collection

    1. “ Klick Pay” uses Google Analytics to help anonymously track and report user/visitor behaviour information and users’ standard log information to the Site and the “Klick Pay” App. This information (including but not limited to: IP address, data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and information processing) helps Klick Pay to analyse and evaluate how the “Klick Pay” App and Site are used as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve the Site and “Klick Pay” App’s features and services.
    2. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting. Google Analytics may have access to the customer’s information only for the purposes of performing these tasks and on behalf of “Klick Pay” and under obligation similar in those in this Privacy Policy.
    3. Klick Pay shall never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personal Information of visitors or users.
    4. Google will not associate the customer’s IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither Klick Pay nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a device user.
    5. Klick Pay will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source, unless the customer explicitly submits that information via a fill-in form on Klick Pay website.
  3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

    1. Klick Pay does not rent, sell, or share any information about the user with any third-parties, except as specifically described herein.
    2. Klick Pay may disclose the customer’s Personal Information if the company believes such action is necessary to:
      • Comply with the law, or legal process served on Klick Pay;
      • Protect and defend Klick Pay’s rights or property (including the enforcement of Klick Pay agreements); or
      • Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Klick Pay Service or members of the public.
    3. In order to provide the customer with “Klick Pay” services the customer has requested, “Klick Pay” may sometimes, if necessary, share the customer’s Personal Information (excluding their address book and related information) and traffic data with trusted partner service providers and/or agents, for example: banking organizations or other providers of payment and analytical services, customer support, or hosting services.
    4. “Klick Pay” will always require these third parties to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the customer’s personal data and traffic data and to observe the relevant legislation.
    5. “Klick Pay” will never share the customer’s address book information with any third party, except as may be required by law (see below).
    6. The following is a description of how Klick Pay may share the customer’s Personal Information with trusted third party partners. Should Klick Pay add additional partners, the companu will immediately update this description:
      • Klick Pay uses third parties to process the payment and/or billing information that the customers submit on Klick Pay Site or through the “Klick Pay” App to facilitate payment transactions. Klick Pay require that these third parties take the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the customer’s personal data and traffic data and to comply with relevant laws, but Klick Pay shall not be liable or responsible for these third party transactions. Therefore, Klick Pay should review such third party terms and conditions before providing the customer payment or billing information.
    7. Klick Pay may disclose information about the customer if the company determines that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance that disclosure of information is necessary.
    8. Klick Pay may from time to time ask the customer to provide information about their experiences which will be used to measure and improve quality.
    9. The customer is at no time under any obligation to provide any of such data. Any and all information which is voluntarily submitted in feedback forms on the Site or any survey that the customer accepts to take part in is used for the purposes of reviewing this feedback and improving the “Klick Pay” software, products and websites.
    10. Klick Pay may contact the customer to send their messages about faults and service issues. Furthermore, Klick Pay reserves the right to use email, the “Klick Pay” software or SMS to notify the customer of any eventual claims related to their use of Klick Pay software, websites and/or products, including without limitation claims of violation of third party rights.
  4. Business Transitions

    1. In the event that Klick Pay goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of Klick Pay assets, Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred.
    2. As part of such a transaction the new entity will be required to commit to the same level of protection of the customer’s Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If such a commitment can not be obtained, Klick Pay will not perform the business transition.
    3. Klick Pay shall post a notice on the company Site/App of any such change in ownership or control of the Personal Information the company may have prior to such transfer.
  5. Collection and Use of Information:

    1. When the client installs the “Klick Pay” App and register on the website, App, Interface, the client is willing to interact with:
      • Mobile Money or Wallet or Value Account or Digital rules and policies,
      • Central Bank and customer protection laws,
      • M-commerce policies,
      • Payment Gateway rules,
      • Merchant aggregation,
      • Merchant acquiring,
      • Services & billers,
      • Money Transfer,
      • Utilities’ Payment,
      • Charity & Donations,
    2. The customer shall will be asked to provide Klick Pay with their:
      • Phone number
      • National ID
      • Passport
      • Driving License or Social Security, or Passport details or image identification, which will be stored on the company’s servers and will only be used by the company to:
        • Resolve disputes
        • Help promote safe services
        • Measure consumer interest in Klick Pay services
        • Inform the customer about Klick Pay products & services updates
        • Customize the customer’s experience
        • Detect & protect company against error, fraud and other criminal activity
        • Enforce the Klick Pay terms and conditions, etc.
      • “Klick Pay” may interact with the customer’s phone’s SMS inbox, placing incoming messages in the inbox or reading the contents of the activation SMS code sent to them by the compny. Klick Pay will not access the contents of any other SMS or contacts.
  6. Transaction fees

The customer by using “Klick Pay” Site/App and/or by providing their information, consent to the payment fees of the transaction during refund process to 3rd parties, banks and payment channels that been used inside “Klick Pay” and they consent to get paid back with proof of the transaction and with remaining amount of the transaction after deduction of all fee.

  9. In case a customer is verified physically by Klick Pay, in any of affiliate services or/and products, it will be considered as a general verification that can be used to purchase or / and register on another affiliate services or/ and products of “Klick Pay”.

Resolving Complaints


A complaint resolution mechanism is a procedure or system implemented by an organization to properly handle and respond to consumer concerns. Usually, it entails the following actions:
  1. Receiving a complaint: Klick Pay Receiving a complaint from a client via phone, email, or online forms and recording it.
  2. Acknowledgement: Informing the customer that the complaint has been received and is being looked into.
  3. Investigation: Look into the complaint carefully to determine its legitimacy and nature.
  4. Resolving the issue to the customer's satisfaction by taking the necessary steps to address the complaint.
  5. Communication: conserving the client updated on the resolution process's development.
